I love creative cooking, trying new foods, and the way that food brings people together. I spend a lot of my time in the kitchen, cooking for guests throughout the season and am always testing out new recipes. I am all about flavor and rarely follow a recipe without adding a new twist.
I have been wheat and gluten free for almost five years due to an allergy, so I do a lot of gluten free cooking. We often have vegan and vegetarian guests as well, which stretches me to find new ways of preparing food.
Small disclaimer, I am one of those cooks who loves the “eye ball” it, “pinch of this and a dash of that” approach. I will try to be more precise when posting recipes, but you have been forewarned!
